Our Terms and Conditions complement our MSA for each project, recurring service, and product sale, so you know exactly what to expect when working with us. They explain contract terms, billing, our service promise, and what we expect from you in return. It’s our way of keeping everything clear, fair, and transparent—helping you feel confident every step of the way. Terms and Conditions apply to every scope of work provided by AllConnected.
1. Monthly Billing, Annual Commitment
Licenses are billed to our clients on a monthly basis; however, all licenses carry a minimum commitment of 12 months per Vendor’s terms. By purchasing licenses through AllConnected, you agree to this commitment period.
2. License Term Alignment
Each license type (i.e., M365 Business Premium, Visio, Adobe Acrobat) purchased generally begins a new 12-month term, unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional quantities of a license type added to an existing agreement may have a shorter remaining term, aligned (co-terminated) with the original license type’s end date.
3. Early Termination or Reduction
License counts generally cannot be reduced during the committed term. Early termination or reduction before the term ends may result in full balance due for the remainder of the term.
4. License Changes and Renewals
Our invoices will reflect license quantities and commitment term. If no changes are requested prior to the end of the current license term, licenses will auto-renew for another 12-month term.
5. Transfer and Reassignment
Licenses can be reassigned to new users within your organization but cannot be transferred to a different organization or canceled early.
6. License Consumption and Billing
License fees are based on actual license consumption. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining an accurate record of active license usage. Usage may be audited or verified by the licensor or vendor upon request or requirement.
7. Pricing Changes
Pricing is subject to change based on vendor adjustments or other vendor-driven cost changes. We will provide notice of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance when possible.
8. Responsibility and Acknowledgment
By requesting subscriptions and licenses through AllConnected, you acknowledge responsibility for the full term of the licenses, including any early termination fees or adjustments required to meet vendor commitments.
