By means of remote software and centralized management systems, our NOC/Helpdesk team is able to remotely control devices under contract, thus improving our response time and minimizing travel costs to your location.
24x7 Network monitoring and 12x5 Escalation
AllConnected’s Network Operations Center will perform 24×7 monitoring on each device protected by our supportConnect essentials service to alert us of trends affecting your network and assist with troubleshooting connectivity problems. Critical issues are escalated to our Network Operations team 12×5, from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
AllConnected Best Practices
In addition to proactive maintenance, your monitoring and maintenance solution must be configured according to best practices for small businesses. We have developed a comprehensive set of policies covering proper support and maintenance issues such as setting proper thresholds for monitoring CPU, disk space, RAID arrays, bandwidth, critical errors, temperature and more. On a regular basis, our staff will review your network and make recommendations that help to keep your organization’s network more stable.
